LEP prepares and assembles the required Tentative Plat package for submittal, manages the processing activity, attends the municipality's plat/technical review committee meetings on the client's behalf, and tracks the review process until approval is obtained by the County and City municipality (when required).

Once the Tentative Plat has been approved, our staff will track the plat's expiration date as well as all key concurrency dates to avoid expiration. We also process all extensions of time and re-submittals that become necessary to keep the plat current.

Our staff prepares and assembles the Final Plat package for submittal as well as manages the processing activity. We track and monitor progress of the review by the County and/or City municipality (when required), including completion of the Miami-Dade County Final Plat Punch List. Our team will take care of any re-submittals that become required and ensure progress is continuously made to get the Final Plat approved and then recorded in the designated Public Records Office.

Our team will contact the municipality's School Board staff to determine if Concurrency is required. We prepare and submit all necessary documentation for review to obtain a School Board determination. We process all extensions of time to the concurrency as they become necessary.

Our staff prepares all the documents needed for submittal of a Special Taxing District Petition with Miami-Dade County, including lighting and property maintenance details. We monitor and track the progress of the STD Petition review by County staff until it has been rendered satisfactory for review and approval by the Board of County Commissioners.

LEP can assist with preparing and processing of most building or land development related permit applications in Miami-Dade County and all South Florida municipalities.

Our staff prepares all the documents needed for submittal of an ASPR Application with Miami-Dade County. We assist the client with processing the application and tracking the progress with County staff until it has been rendered satisfactory for approval.

Our team prepares all documents needed for submittal of a Workforce Housing Application with Miami-Dade County. We assist the client with processing of the application and tracking the progress until we have obtained approval of the Project.
