OUR MISSION
Lighthouse Entitlement Professionals, Inc. is a local, family owned and operated firm specializing in the land entitlement and platting processes. Our team has over fifty years of combined experience and knowledge in the South Florida land development industry. We are experts in administrative project management, land entitlements and plat processing, as well as Administrative Site Plan Review processing, Workforce Housing Review processing, and permitting assistance. Our goal is to streamline the entitlement processes required for the development of land in South Florida.
